Thanks for the great feedback Josh!I've had some parts laser cut before out of Acrylic for the earlier case I was working on here, the edges were very neat and clean with no burn marks at all. Some other materials such as ABS and wood don't get such clean edges and can burn, but Acrylic is very compatible. Here is an example of some parts I've had made previously:
