Seems to be absolutely worth the additional cost.Well you'll probably kill the clean look for some people by having front Audio and USB ports.Maybe you could combine the part it will be mounted to and the part of the case where it sits to be one L-shaped piece that allows to mount the I/O to either the front or the side. That way you'll get super-clean looks for one group of people and super-quick access to I/O for the other group.
