Yes that card should fit no problem. With this layout the SFX PSU sits in front of the motherboard so there is plenty of space above the motherboard to install up to a 140mm AIO.You will need to select the XL-vent top panel option (instead of full window panel) though which has all the slots for mounting fans to the top panel.
