Cooling Is there a higher performing 92mm fan than the Noctua NF-A9 that still comes in at or under 0.5 Amps

(Crossposted on r/sffpc subreddit) To heck with fan noise, I am looking for the best performing, 0.5A-and-under, 92-mm fan around that pushes the most air on the market. I want to install two of these elite 92-mm fans on a U9S in an NCASE M1 and watch the frigid temperatures drop down to basement levels. From what I can see, the Noctua NF-A9 is near or at the top of the heap. Its closest competitor is the Delta AUB0912VH which would be superior if it weren't for its 0.6A rating. This would likely overwhelm most CPU fan headers like the one on my motherboard which typically carry a 1.0A maximum rating.

Research so far:

Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Usually, the 2nd fan of a 2-fan push pull setup does not bring significant thermal improvement. It helps but not very much.
To this end, you might consider using a single powerful fan having a higher CFM, especially you do not care about the coupled noise issue. With this, you can eliminate the constraint of ''having 0.5A and under''.
