Have you checked startup, scanned for everything, cleaned out the history and cookies lately? It seems there could be something running in the background causing this. just an idea of course but just does not seem the CPU should be the problem.Then again, I have seen some pretty crazy things happen in electronics(some during 20 years as a high level military tech) that did not make a lot of sense.Rick
