That bottom fan will need intake clearance below it to get airflow, see this thread to get an idea of how much you might need. One (somewhat restricted intake fan and two exhaust fans (+PSU) will result in a negative air pressure scenario, which is worse from a dust control perspective.I would also echo [USER=5836]@tinyitx[/USER]'s concerns regarding GPU airflow.
