Ok I don't know what to do here. I can't use my computer at all now. I now have no OS installed and no way to even reinstall it.
This computer was working fine since I built it over a year ago and now this 
I started out with these two different Blue Screen errors just trying to restart my computer.
CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

t would not even let me load windows at all
So it told me to repair or reinstall Windows 11
It could not run repair so I tried reinstalling Windows 11 with a USB Boot drive
It initially allowed me to start the install. I was able to get so far as entering my Windows Serial key
and choosing which partition I wanted to install the OS in but then It failed after reaching 44% the first time.
After this the computer kept restarting to a screen saying continue upgrade or fresh install.

Both options just gave the same results as before.. Maybe I was lucky to enter the serial number but then computer restarts and bring s this install window up again
So I'm thinking it must be a hardware issue
I tried taking out all the RAM sticks except one .. But no change still the same thing
I tried to swap out the video card with a GTX 1080 and still the same thing!
Is it possible its unable to read the GTX 1080 properly?

I tried to use this original cable I use with the 1080 on my older computer but when I plug it into this one the PC won't even start?!
So then I tried to use the cable for this newer computer but it has this extra pair of connectors
