Hey, found out about this place from an Optimum Tech video and I think it was mentioned on LTT forums as well?
Either way, definitely fascinated with SFF builds.

I have a not great system now in a full ATX tower (Fractal R4) and I want to build a high-end system in the NZXT H1 - with a dream of moving to a custom loop in the H1 or NCase M1...but one step at a time.

Glad to be here, excited to learn some more things!

Welcome ! The M1 and H1 are very different cases, though the H1 is a nice and easy step into SFF, the M1 is more focused and more compact.

Very true indeed.
My progression (as of now) is to do the H1 and do basic mods to get better airflow.
Ideally I want to watercool the H1 but I need to learn a lot there...

You might take a look at these H1 sheets, replace the tempered glass to improve airflow.
