I've spent sometime putting together a possible Flex M-ATX productivity build with the HDPLEX 200W DC-ATX (
PC Part Picker list). I got it to 191W. Some of the parts are overkill for certain uses (Not everyone needs 64gb, but I do), but it should give an overview of what could be done.
