Hardware Cancuks has taken a unique approach to testing the newly released RTX 4070 by testing it on an older CPU; the Intel i7 -9700K. Mike explains that he wanted to look at the CPU from an upgrader’s perspective. The good news is that at 1440P, the older Intel processor does pretty well.
