I'll re-use these components from current build:
  • i5-8400
  • HyperX Fury DDR4 2666MHz 2x8 GB
  • 1 TB M.2 SSD
  • 4K monitor
I'm planning to buy these components:
  • ASUS ROG Strix B360-I Gaming, S-1151
  • Noctua NH-L12S
  • Corsair SF600 SFX Platinum
Video card: I consider buying Gigabyte 2080 Ti WINDFORCE.
The dimensions should fit L=280.35 W=116.45 H=40.24 mm.
Do you think it's a good card for the Louqe Ghost case?

Do you think the temperatures will be a problem? I would rather not use a top hat.

I cannot say from experience but, from my brief scan of some search results of a 2080Ti inside a Ghost S1, it seems gaming load temp is about 73-79C (depending on how aggressive you adjust the fan curve) for a 3-fan version like the Gigabyte Windforce and the Inno3D Gaming OC x3 and about 83C (for Nvidia FE version with default fan curve). Given the throttle temp is 89C, you should not have thermal problem. But whether the associated fan noise is acceptable, it is then a personal subjective matter.
