Concept Front I/O Sourcing?

So i've got a case i'm pretty happy with, but am thinking of putting front I/O on it but what i want i don't see commercially available anywhere.

The case is utilizing a mini-stx motherboard, and i want to route the ports on the front of the motherboard to the front of the case. I found Silverstone makes something similar: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811977001 but i need male connectors instead of internal connectors, preferably 90 degree connectors.

I've seen others release cases with custom front I/O, and was wondering where i should be looking for something like this with my case.

What motherboard and I/O ports (Type-A + Type-C + Audio + MIC ? Anything else?) are you looking to reroute?

As for audio, search around with certain keywords: HEADPHONE 1/8 - PANEL F TO M or HEADPHONE & MIC 2.5' - 1/8" TO 2X5 F ??

Yea i've been lookin, nothing yet. I was wondering where everyone else that has front panel IO come up with their hardware. I was hoping someone made stuff like this for small run guys like us. That Silverstonetek unit is pretty much exactly what i want, just with external connectors instead of internal connectors.
