Increase volume from 9.8L to 10.5L to support MSI Suprim X 30XX?

  • Yes, worth the trade off to be more compatible with components

  • No, not worth it b/c it is not better than the ROG 30XX, which fits now at <10L

Finally some good news, 5950X and ROG3090 for next T1 revision, I could really use a break from manufacturing, so I guess I build.

Guess they will now make it a little bit longer to accommodate longer cards?

Hey guys do we have any news on whether the 3090 Strix fits? I've tried searching but nothing conclusive came up

Working on it, I have 5950X and ROG Strix 3090 for my setup.

The ROG 3090 is also between 2.5 to 2.75 GPU slots, which will give me some time to test offering 2.5 and 2.75 GPU Slot as an upgrade kit *without breaking compatibility.

I might have to make a custom radiator that also functions as the Top Panel for the T1 to support the heat output. As OptimumTech video shows, regular 240 AIO just won't do it.

Ahahahah, well, I was curious as well to test the 120 AIO option!!

@ellroy80 here some temp after 35minutes of blender rendering.
Let me know if anyone is interested in other tests! like Prime95, etc!

Everything is in Default in the BIOS, so no tweak, to see the results ina plug and play setup.

As you can see the system gives so much voltage to the CPU that is not needed!
In general 1.3, 1.275V is needed for overclocking all cores to 4.2/4.3GHz on Ryzen 3900X.
So the temps can be lowered easily!

How long is typical for a shipped case to sit in the 'The airline receives it'/航空公司接收 stage? Been there for the last 5 days and I'm getting real antsy ?

Hi all, I'm planning my routing for my custom loop. I saw this image somewhere (pretty sure it's an earlier build from @fabio ?).
I was wondering if anybody has done that route from CPU to GPU with 10/16mm tubes, specifically also in 3-slot mode:

I'm pretty sure those are 10/16mm tubes. I was wrong

I did it with 12/10's. You couldn't do it with 16/10's.

That might depend on your country and delivery service. But it could be worse as COVID is on the rise.

[Germany speaking]
Posting my shortened tracking history:
(my package was anounced about 2 weeks earlier)

Mo, 26.10.2020, 10:26: delivered
Fr, 23.10.2020, 21:27, SCHKEUDITZ: arrival at DHL Station (Germany)
Fr, 23.10.2020, 06:26, HONG KONG: left DHL Station (HK)
Do, 22.10.2020, 11:57, TSING YI ISLAND: picked up by DHL

But flights might have decreased since then, so could take longer.

Assumed a 240 AIO cooled 5950X with an air-cooled GPU (RTX 3090/6900 XT) would be possible and within reasonable temps, is that not the case?
