Increase volume from 9.8L to 10.5L to support MSI Suprim X 30XX?

  • Yes, worth the trade off to be more compatible with components

  • No, not worth it b/c it is not better than the ROG 30XX, which fits now at <10L

Hello,

I think this is the thread for the T1 v2 isn’t it?

I put an order for a titanium, sandwich layout type with aluminum mesh panel :)

But unfortunately, there are no PCIE riser available right now. So I was wondering are all PCIE riser compatible? I guess I should find the right length. And how about the mounting holes, it is all the same?

I only have a 8700k, so I would not mind a gen 3 riser, but I am not sure if I can buy any riser.

thanks

It is also about the T1 v2, the gen 4 riser should restock at some point soon. But you can also get the same one FormD uses for the T1 v2 SW from i.e. aliexpress: https://aliexpress.com/item/1005004123118421.html, you'd want the 18.5 cm one. The louqe cobalt riser also works https://shop.louqe.com/products/cob...-pci-e-4-0-riser-cable?variant=39276688506949. If neither of those are to your taste, a more generic daual reverse 18.5cm is optimal, but single reverse on the GPU side with a length of 19cm or more can also work fine.

A couple of questions:

The r/sffpc spreadsheet mentions the T1 v3; does that mean a new version is in the works? And if so, what changes are expected?

Have the USB-related issues been sorted out? I hear that the Type-C cables used to be problematic.

V2.5 sandwich black is available on the site and shipping.

I was actually eyeing an M1 Evo to replace my M1 Rev 1, but well. Let's give it a try.
