Pinout is the same but the SF doesn't have in-line capacitors.

I see. That makes sense as SF is supposed to be used in smaller cases with shorter cable runs, so the additional capacitors aren't really needed. Would be interesting to see how much better the SF600 would be in terms of smoothness with those cables.

I think I am going to try and shorten the cables on my SF450 in the next week - not looking forward to the attempt!
