Just saw news of this ECS H410 on Tom's Hardware. It's limited to 65W 10th Gen Intel CPUs, but you don't require a DC/ATX board in the system as you can attach a 19V AC Adapter directly to the motherboard (similar to how an Intel NUC board works). It also uses SO-DIMMs, reducing the profile further.
I use Thin Mini-ITX boards like this regularly for industrial PCs, but they're all typically using much older chipsets and CPUs. This is the first I've seen supporting a 10th Gen Intel CPU.
