How it's going to perform? Brutally. At least, if you can bear the 46 dBA noise, 11.45 mm/H2O is out of this world static pressure and the 54.02 CFM is equal to a Noctua F12.

what's the word on this? could the fan be swapped out for something quieter? Maybe 3d print an adapter and use a low pro 80mm akasa?

I bought and tested (and returned) a Dynatron R25 and it was the loudest thing I've ever heard. I just uploaded this clip I made from when I had it (pay no mind to the abominable video quality):

Got it but have not tested it as it came with GPU mounting, not a CPU bracket set. Going to make a CPU bracket for it but I'm stupid buried with projects till mid-Jan.
