Doing a Sliger SM580 w/ X570 build, need some advice

Hey guys, first post. Hello!

This is going to be my first SFF build and I have decided going with these (relevant for the topic) specs:

1. Sliger SM580 (cuz I've got a 3-slot GPU)
2. Asrock X570 Phantom ITX TB3 (cuz I need the thunderbolt 3 port)
3. EVGA XC Ultra 2070 Super
4. Corsair MP600 (for the pci-e 4.0)

So my questions are:

1. The Asrock's M.2 slot is in the back, will the Corsair MP600 with that tall heatsink fit?
2. Has anyone tried the NZXT Kraken series CPU block on the Asrock phantom itx? It's not on the compatibility list (yet?). Sliger recommends it. But I might go with a Corsair H100i if not.

Would appreciate some help with this before I take the plunge.
