So I did a quick search and I didn't see anything regarding knowing how much wattage one needs. According to PCPP the approximate consumption of my planned build is 271w. From what I've seen the 450w PSU should be enough to cover it.

My question is if I was to go to the S4 Mini case or one of similar size where an SFX PSU isn't possible, would the PICO of HDPlex be enough to power it safely and comfortably?

Note: Without the highlighted storage (which I'm on the fence about), PCPP estimates 251w.

The HDPlex 250W HiFi DC-ATX would be just fine. Just make sure you get a power brick that is adequate enough. The Dell 330W or a refurbished Voodoo 350W 19V brick would work well.
