Thanks for doing the measurements for me! The Deskstudio case has a separate fan attachment & the info states that the max cooler height is 43mm.... so It looks like the IS-55 height will fit. The Deskmini/IS-55 cooler attachment diagrams show the heat pipes running parallel to RAM slots, with the curved part of the heat pipes near the back IO ports and the "short" side of the cooler nearest to the VRM modules.
