I did get a response, and it was one of confusion as they believe the are still getting stock by September...

They also wanted to know where I was getting my information from as 'they are investigating why people are being told that the case is sold out'

They said that when they know more information they will let all the pre-order people know.

I wonder how many people in Aus ordered from them...
