I have a bottom mounted fan (and top) on my C14S in a heavily modded Meshlicious on a Gigabyte Z390 motherboard and Corsair VLP memory and it fits fine. Admittedly I have an older chipset but it fits. I think Noctua may have ram compatability charts on their website with motherboards.
