Is there any chance you could physically check the fit of a few more 4090 cards?The medium sized 4090s that are right on the edge of being too large and could really benefit from a proper fit check are:337 x 77 x 140 - MSI Gaming Trio336 x 78 x 142 - MSI Suprim331 x 70 x 150 - Gigabyte Windforce340 x 75 x 150 - Gigabyte Gaming OCThe similarly named 4080 / 4090 variants from each AIB have the exact same dimensions so if you are able to fit a 4080 MSI Gaming Trio then you could be sure a 4090 MSI Gaming Trio would fit, if you are able to fit a 4080 Gigabyte Gaming OC to fit a 4090 Gigabyte Gaming OC would fit too etc..
