Answered.I would go for the cooling advantage that can provide dual 280 rads and a bit more with to accomodate more variety of gpu waterblocks and better breathability.As a consumer, if you want something very small you can have the T1, if you want the best cooling you can have de C4; the best equilibrium already has a very good product on the M1, I wouldn´t try to fight that fact.
