I'm not versed on the productivity side of thing but if your software can leverage multi-threads then 3900X will help a lot with x2 the cores & threads. but if your prioritise absolute high-refresh FPS then go 5600X. for the board not sure about the local pricing situation where you are but usually the Aorus B550I is the cheapest and best p/p of all the B550/X570 ITX boards
