It doesn't matter. This is a 65W (up to ~90W real load) CPU so all of these boards will be bored by this one.If the 3070 will pull 250W, add 90W for the CPU and 40W for (M.2, Motherboard, RAM and Fans). This results in 380W. So 450W is fine.
