Im deciding between Alpenfohn Black Ridge 120mm + fan duct or to go with Asetek 645LT?

Can I expect -10C with Asetek 645LT in this case or difference is smaller?I have ITX GPU, should I consider 120mm Corsair H55/60?

CPU 8700 (planning upgrade to 9700)ITX 170mm GPU, no OC
ok with lower turbo freq and undervolting
Planning to order custom cables and 3D print PSU holder to gain 5mm
development PC, video editing (AVX), occasional light gaming

120mm aio definitely.

I saw Optimum Tech video for Asetek 645LT, and he compared it with Corsair H55 120mm AIO, in his test with closed case 645LT had more than 5C better result.

Not sure why worse result with 120mm, is it cramped space between PSU, hot air from GPU, hard to say

you are comparing apples to bananas. the asetek 545 was cooler but with higher rpm. in his last video about the 645, which is about 3 degrees cooler than the 545, further you can see that the h55 is about 8 degrees cooler than the 545 at the same rpm.
