Hi, I'm going to try a new build based on Relean e-Mini E-W80 Black (200 x 225 x 80) 3,60L.
Built in psu. I hope...
Based on Windows 7 - 64 ( I can't get AMD Ryzen or Intel Kabylake that aren't supported by the OS).
So the best option is i7-6700 looked... For low TDP, and for power supply.

Step-#01

The case: relean e-Mini E-W80 About 50€ without power supply.

First of all I think I will remove all components from the case...

What I like to put inside:

ASRock Motherboard Z270 Gaming ITX/ac - 197€

Intel i7-6700 - 310€

Corsair Vengeance 2 X 8 GB @3200 - (CMK16GX4M2B3200C16) Nero – C16 3200MHz DRAM DDR4 da 16GB (2 x 8GB) Vengeance® LPX - 136/140€

Samsung SSD NVMe SM961 - 256 GB - 139€

Noctua NH-9Li - 40€

What I want to do is build a Small 3,60L powefull computer with all components of PSU fit inside...

I think to get:
HDPLEX 160W AC-DC w/PFC (nanoATX Series)

To fit inside between the front of the case and the itx motherboard. I think to fix it in the front of the case with 3M double side adesive strip.
But for doing that I need to remove the front power button.
And now we are going to have a look to the next issues... :-)

As an alternative I can suggest a Meanwell EPP power supply. They have a smaller foot print than the HD Plex, probably be less of a hassle to install one of those in a tiny case. You would need to do more custom wiring, though. You can look at @Thehack's topics for information on it, and possible accessories.

I tell you what I think: What I'm gonna do is a setup that has lots of issues to solve... Only to make an all in one without external power brick...

"Are you going to use something like the HDPLEX 160W-DC-ATX (nanoATX Series) to power everything?"
Yes I want to use it but I can't fi it directly on the motherboard because it will touch the AC-DC... So I need to use a 24 pin atx extension...

"If you do, be warned: it'll be HOT as hell inside that case.
The DC-ATX unit gets EXTREMELY hot without proper ventilation."
I plan to make about 100 holes on the top of the cover, and may be put a 120 mm fan.

I hope not find othe issues... :-)

Just a question: Why didn't you use a Thin Mini-ITX motherboard instead of a Mini-ITX motherboard?

I don't like thin-itx... This board:
http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Fatal1ty Z270 Gaming-ITXac/index.it.asp
has got HDMI 2.0 and thunderbolt that can in the future can be used for hard disk, monitor ecc... I like that board and I want to make a build with it... :-)

May be I like to know if it's better HDPlex combo with 24 pin extension or G-Unique + Meanwell PSU or HDPlex 160W AC+DC + Z4-ATX-200 without extension...

That's a good reason, I'm curious to see the final product. And about the PSU I never used any of those so I can't help.

http://www.hd-plex.com/HDPLEX-160W-DC-ATX-Power-Supply-16V-24V-Wide-Range-Voltage-Input.html

I see here that there are 4 screw... So I like to know if it's correcto to connect the Detachable-4+4PIN(4+4) CPU ESP12V Cable (45cm) on screw 1 and 2: Black cable on 1 and yellow on 2..... I'm not talking about the Detachable-6+2PIN PCIExpress Cable (45cm)...

Another question 3 an 4 have got different voltage than 1 and 2? Thank you.
I personally never used one of those but I think that 1 and 2 got the same amount of voltage as 3 and 4.

Pin 1/4 are 12V, 2/3 are GND.

It's a single-rail unit so it doesn't really matter which cable goes where, as long as you get the yellow wires on 1/4 and the black ones on 2/3.

I have two questions about the build: why is there no fan on the CPU cooler? And how are the temperatures inside the case?

I'm curious, what are the temperatures like? And do you have any way of measuring power draw from the wall, idle and load?

Also, great motherboard, the best ITX motherboard there is imo. And the case is pretty sweet too, it's like a poor man's Streacom F1CWS (not meant in a bad way though)

Normal use, no throuble... But with OCCT medium 65/68 °C. May be I can make other holes or mount also the original Noctua fan...
Or I can fit the Cryorig a little more far from the top of the case... Do you think it can reduce the noise? Thanks.
No idea about power consumption... May be under 100 W. I like more the Streacom but it hasn't enough space... Better this one for MOD...
