Looking at upgrading my ITX system with the X570 Phantom

I hear the chipset runs really hot and the active fan can get noisy.

Eventually I would like to go down the path of water cooling the CPU and GPU.

Partially to make things quiet, and partially because I need a project while stuck at home.

Anyone have any experience with:
- Cooling this motherboard
- Listening to this MB cool itself (is it actually that loud)
- Adding a water block to such a small board
