forgot to mention: the cpu and gpu are still perfectly usable, gpu was running for months (but not sure if it is related to the resets problem, sometimes the gpu just completely blacks out and the system freezes and the drivers error out) and the motherboard also was workingi will attempt to RMA the gpu but as for the motherboard im not sure, it looks fine
