So far it is in pieces. I have had so many problems with parts that I have been delayed putting this thing together for months at this point. At this point I am on my third 4090(first two returned for coil whine), second cpu(first one arrived in damaged packaging and didn't run properly) and will probably be attempting to return the motherboard as it too has coil whine. Or it might be cap whine. One way or another, it makes noise.
