Flex ATX uses a subset of mATX standoffs so anything that takes mATX should also take FlexATX.Regular Cerberus is optimized for mATX.Cerberus X is the same in nearly every way except it's 3 expansion slots taller and it does not have the bottom row of mATX stand offs.mATX boards will fit, but you would need to use some self adhesive standoffs for the bottom row (same for FlexATX)
