I have a similar build with a MeanWell RPS-500 in case of future GPU upgrade, but a RPS-400 would have been good enough.

On this comparison, the RPS-400-12 seems to be very similar to the EPP-400-12.

The former is also available with a casing for more security though.

From my experience, these pico PSU tends to heat up if there is no airflow on them.

A trick is to have an over sized CPU fan that overhangs above the pico, or a case fan in this area.
