Hi and welcome to the forum!I have a similar build with a MeanWell RPS-500 in case of future GPU upgrade, but a RPS-400 would have been good enough.You can have a look at my LiGHTPC build log: https://smallformfactor.net/forum/threads/12v-lightpc-a-5l-gaming-htpc.17107/On this comparison, the RPS-400-12 seems to be very similar to the EPP-400-12.The former is also available with a casing for more security though.If you want to check further, you can have a look at their reports on their respective pages on https://www.meanwell-web.comFrom my experience, these pico PSU tends to heat up if there is no airflow on them.A trick is to have an over sized CPU fan that overhangs above the pico, or a case fan in this area.
