Blue light only for a few seconds? (Dynamo mini)

What's an ITX?

Hi folks,

I am attempting a build in a lazer3d ht5, with a HD-Plex 80W AC-DC feeding a Dynamo MINI. I am not attaching anything but the ATX to the mobo which is an AsRock J4105B-ITX (doesn't need an EPS, it has a 15w fanless processor embedded).
When I try to power up the system the blue light on the mini powers up only for a couple of seconds and then goes down. No boot.
I tried the usual stuff: switch ram slot. change ram bank. reseat everything. re-connect the mini-fit.
Any suggestions?

Do you have another motherboard you can try the Mini in to see if it is the PSU or the board? If it is the Mini please let me know and I'll do my best to help you out. Cheers,
