News be quiet! teases Pure Loops AIOs with decoupled pump.

Just saw this over at Tom's Hardware:


Looks like it could be interesting. The radiator should be slim enough for most SFF builds, and I'm assuming that removing the pump from the CPU waterblock reduces the height of that too.

I like that they've included a fill port and some coolant.

Having the pump decoupled that way most likely helps to reduce vibrations.

But I see no obvious G 1/4 ports on it. They should sell another version of the the pump separately with G 1/4 ports. But that will never happen, I guess.

Raijintek did a similar approach and it wasn't very good. Hopefully be quiet has a better implementation.

The big thing in the release....it is advertised and intended to be user refillable with mixed coolant provided.
