You could recreate it... I bet it's very proprietary -- but the base is almost exactly the size of an ITX board. I guess the GPU is mounted vertically. Perhaps the risers are flexible enough but if not, you can just run an U.2 cable. Unless you are doing machine learning, an x4 connection is enough (and if you do then a single card is not enough anyways) and there are a good amount of boards with dual M.2 key M sockets -- Asus strix z270 and z370i and B450 (don't use an APU), gigabyte z370n, asrock x299 and https://www.microsatacables.com/u2-sff8639-to-pcie-4-lane-adapter-sff-993-u2-4l and https://www.tvc-mall.com/details/u-...-intel-ssd-750-m-2-sff-8643-sku80110077a.html.
And once you've done this you have the rest of the case to put in a nice tower cooler and an SFX or even an SFX-L PSU on the top of it. Bam, done.
Not exactly the same but here is an cylindrical case (which, I think, is air cooling basically) W1 by Galaxy Studio.
Airflow is the same, bottom intake and top exhaust.
