This post got the wheels spinning a little. Perfect timing, on Techpowerup they have an article talking about the 3900x on a B350 board that has an (arguably) better VRM heatsink vs. the Asrock ITX (the Asrock has a better actual VRM). I would be VERY careful running that chip and would put some active cooling on the VRM Heatsink if possible.
