Not all CPUs can run 6400 MT/s in 1:1 mode (uclk=mclk). vdd_SOC is the most important voltage to achieve this and you shouldn't use more than 1.3v, but there are CPUs that need more than 1.3v vdd_SOC to run 6400 1:1 stable.
