Thermalright Silver Arrow is a good albeit sharp choice. My 8086K runs well with it. They give you handling gloves... wear them.AIOs seem a bit daunting at first, but I assure you they really are very easy to install. So much so that I suggest them pretty exclusively these days for ATX cases.
