Absolutely not SFF PSU

World's first ATX 3.0 PSU, can provide GPUs up to 600W (that's already more than my whole PC), overall up to 2600W power spikes.
Is this really needed, or just a scary premonition of the GPU's to come?

It's marketed as the world first, but it's yet to be independantly tested. There's several other PSUs out there that are just awaiting independant testing, like Corsair's HX1000i/HX1500i (according to jonnyGURU it passes their internal testing at least).
Corsair's upcoming SFX-L 1000W is slated for release in ~March and also supports ATX 3.0.

Whether it's actually needed we'll have to see... But the transient behaviour on the Nvidia 3000 series has been pretty intense, and with the leaks for power draws so far it's not looking too good.
