3,5" HDD + 120mm Fan on the Bottom?

I saw the images in the sff labs and they say in their guide that you can pair a 3,5 inch drive with a 80 or 92 mm fan is there room for a 120mm or i have to do some modding? or just put it in the bracket with the other HDD?

There isn't enough room front-to-back for a 3.5" HDD and 120mm fan on the bottom of the case. It's either 2.5" + 120mm or 3.5" + 92mm (or 80mm).
