Power Supply 140mm long ATX PSUs

The only interesting ones I am aware of are the Seasonic Focus Plus Platinum 850W SSR-850PX and the Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 1000W SSR-1000FX. Sure there are others with lower wattage but those make no sense with plain SFX going to 650W and the Seasonic Focus SGX-650 also hitting 650W at just 125mm length with a 120mm fan. (I know there are SFX-L PSUs up to 850W but they cheat with the protruding power sockets but i digress.)

Does anyone know of a higher wattage Platinum or Gold, respectively? Or perhaps even a Titanium around these wattages?

We'll be officially launching a couple of ATX PSUs soon that should be of interest to you. In the meantime, we also already have a 850W ATX PSU that is 140mm deep and 80 PLUS Platinum in the ST85F-PT model. When it launched two years ago, it was the most powerful ATX PSU at 140mm size.

Sorry for missing the 850 PT. And exciting news! Is it going to be 1000W Titanium 140mm? I know, you are not allowed to tell but please do post here when you launch. And please consider two 8 pin with it (or even two 8 pin and a 4 pin)

No problem chx! We can talk about the new PSUs a little as we did show off pre-production units back in January during CES. They are the ST1000-PTS and ST1200-PTS, both 80 PLUS Platinum with full modular cables at just 140mm. They will have dual 8pin EPS cables.

Also just a gentle reminder to everyone that we've been first to introduce 140mm sized, fully modular retail PSUs for every wattage since 2012 and have built up quite a collection of these PSUs so it's great to see more companies now paying attention too, but don't forget SilverStone started the trend way before everyone else!
