Its not an engineering problem at this point and hasnt been for years. You can go out now and buy mITX boards w/ dual 10G SFP+ and dual 10G RJ45 w/ an additional 1G for the BMC (An example build here) They just come in at a price point above even top tier consumer boards and dont always have features that consumer might care about (although there are enough on the market at this point that you have choices).
