Noob questions... If there are people fitting H2Os with 4090 FE's ( myself a 3080 n 3090), what is the benefit of the larger 13.37 version over the H2O? Would offering the 11L H2O, new 14.7L and new 19.5L makes more sense for each need?

Not having that option of at least a few 4090 would be a detriment, the changes is so small people would barely notice it. But GPU compatability would be a factor for sure. Who's to say the 5080 won't be as big as a 4090 today? Go bigger, change is not noticeable, but lack of GPU options will be.
