    GPU VEGA NANO

Thought I’d post a little update since I’ve now got this in a custom loop with the Bykski block. My overclock in WattMan: +50% Power Limit GPU State 7: 1622 MHz / 1070 mV Memory: 950 MHz / 900 mV I’m pretty sure it’s got more to give but this has been super solid. The stock cooler is ‘ok’ but...

Yup, you need 2x 8pin. I’m running a Corsair SF600 - 400w might be a little tight IMO. The card can easily get to 200W (Wattman figures) under full load with the power limit maxed. Z

It's pretty horrible atm haha It's is entirely the wrong setup for air cooling so depending on the game it may hit the thermal limit that's set (SW:BF2 1440p Ultra) or not (Elite: Dangerous VR Ultra). Haven't played too much with the HBM just yet, that's 100Mhz above stock and 50mv UV to start...

No difference afaik, I'll probably try a Vega 64 bios at some point (with water) to get a higher ceiling. So far though it's responded really well. Z

Here ya go :) I just got my Sapphire Pulse last week, this is what I'm running with the stock cooler so far: Still a WIP. Some more good (if slightly old) info: https://www.gamersnexus.net/hwreviews/3020-amd-rx-vega-56-review-undervoltage-hbm-vs-core Z

EK have announced some 'Slim Series' kits.. "Designed for smaller cases with slim radiator in mind, the S kits are a great choice for every liquid cooling beginner and people doing small and mini ITX builds." Sweet. https://www.ekwb.com/news/ek-is-releasing-new-slim-series-kits/ Z

    Cooling SFF Water-cooling

Glad to help! Hopefully this thread can save some people some time finding parts suitable for SSF builds :) One of the other options I was looking at was a CPU block/pump/res combos. Depending on your needs, these may be useful too... - Alphacool/Coolermaster Ersberg solo (These seem to be a...

    Cooling SFF Water-cooling

Squeezing as much power as you can into a SFF case can, as you all know, be quite a challenge. Cooling all that hardware *and* keeping it quiet is (arguably) even more challenging. One thing I really want to attack in a future incarnation of my toaster games rig is water-cooling. In fact, my...

Thank you! I'll see if I can get some slightly better photos to show what it *actually* looks like. It's CAM from NZXT: https://camwebapp.com Thanks! Once I marked out where the hole needed to be I drilled holes to 'rough it' in. I was going to use a small cutting blade (air grinder) but the...

It's been a little white since I've posted an update..had some time over the weekend so I got to work on this part of my remaining todo list: So, here we go! I *really* didn't want to have to pull the whole machine apart, thankfully the outside panels can be removed and you can leave most...

    What games are you playing?

I've never played EVE and I've heard conflicting opinions about if it's more to less of a time sink. Regardless, it is a time sink. The galaxy is absolutely enormous! I'm loving doing exactly that. Trading my way though batches of systems, exploring and getting more understanding of what each...

Thank you! I'm as surprised as you! I'll update the gaming temps a bit later tonight for completeness..but so far it's had no real trouble dealing with anything I've thrown at it. I like the ring lit ones, but I already had this one :) Are you talking about the Termaltake ones? Yeah, with the...

Finally, last weekend, I had some time to sit down and execute part 1 of the transplant into the Metis! *happy dance* :thumb: Side panel off, with the SX500-LG installed: That's a pretty small tiny PSU (compared to the AX 760i) - still looks big inside this case! My vent mod, behind the PSU...
