    SFF.Network Gemcases Launches the C9 – A M-ITX Chassis Up For Preorder

my goal is a build I will never be able to hear, even under full load, even during summer heat waves and even A12x25 inside a case under my desk starts to annoy me at around 650RPM so there's really not a lot of space for enforced airflow, it surely can be used to improve the cooling a tiny bit...

    SFF.Network Gemcases Launches the C9 – A M-ITX Chassis Up For Preorder

there's a huge issue with mITX cases availability, you either get a "laptop" form factor, with the same footprint and noisy cooling or mATX case unable to accommodate mATX motherboards due to weird internal structure with pico-PSU and mITX board you can squeeze P1 into much less than 20x20x20cm...

just scale it to accommodate P1 and get rid of these pesky fans

    System76 Thelio Review

engineering small, powerful and silent machine when you are allowed to make your own case and have no real budget limits shouldn't be that hard... get P1, Nightjar, the biggest issue will be with graphics card, but you can get A380, RX6400 or A2000 and strap a passive cooler to it and you're...

SFF.Network ASRock reveals the refreshed DeskMini GTX/RX with Z370 chipset !

I'd change the case anyway since I'm a silence freak, need just a tiny but powerful board (preferably with internal, non-ATX compatible PSU, since ATX is just a waste of space on board)

SFF.Network ASRock reveals the refreshed DeskMini GTX/RX with Z370 chipset !

I'd rather UV it as much as possible since turbo boost is high enough (though if you find a good sample you can exceed 5.0... on some crazy E-ATX boards...) though giving up a bit of performance to get reasonably smaller and still perfectly noiseless build is the way imo specs still say max TDP...

SFF.Network ASRock reveals the refreshed DeskMini GTX/RX with Z370 chipset !

I'm looking at a small system with socketed CPU support and graphics card that isn't blocking airflow

SFF.Network ASRock reveals the refreshed DeskMini GTX/RX with Z370 chipset !

eh, it doesn't make sense at all since -it isn't really STX since it's custom format -they support the most powerful MXM cards, come on, what is the reason to do that if your CPU is going to struggle with daily tasks? (yeah, I'm exaggerating here, but the point is still the same: in daily use...

SFF.Network ASRock reveals the refreshed DeskMini GTX/RX with Z370 chipset !

does anybody know if this CPU limit is hard or will it work properly with weaker card and better CPU as long as we provide proper cooling?

why cut down the chip if it still needs extra power connector and both huge and active colling system?

sure, but if they AT THE VERY LEAST mentioned if they are planning Y, U, H or low voltage desktop range it would be still slightly more informative

I love when there is no specs, or specs are limited to brand names! Provide full model information or you're no better than Apple, seriously there IS a difference between y7 and i7E
