Well the connector used for the sata powering cable is rated at max 3A (12 + 5V) combined. As per your averages I don't think it's wise to connect 4 hard drives to that cable. I should've looked into the specifications before ordering the PSU :) Thanks for your input!

The issues you are referring to are not brand related but RTX cards in general. Internet is full of dying RTX cards (especially 2070 and 2080) Seems to be related to the memory.

Are you far away from your router/access point? These small ones don't have much range (basically there isn't any room for the internal antenna's) What's the use case?

The high pitching you are referring to is coilwhine? I think this really depends on the card you receive. Perhaps this helps a bit, it’s a chart at full load 10cm away from the card itself.
