Let me take my insane idea and validate it. Mini ITX MB + SFX PSU. GPU irrelevant. All watercooled on custom loop. I can see i would potentially do 2x 360 rads in top/ bottom. I can assume not very thick, max 30mm + 25mm fans but at least 20.5 mm + 15 mm slims. That would dissipate some 3-400w...

It needs some clearance on top for 3x120mm fans - 30 mm should be OK. Maybe an offset for a rad. Do not forget we will need at least 1000W PSU's due to transients in the next gen, and at least 600-800W cooling so every place we can cram a rad or fan should be a possibility.

Fully vented panels. They look ridiculous in the current version. Implement some of the changes seen in NR200 like removable covers, mounting points for PSU.

Go Barrow route. Fillport + small reservoir. In my experience even 10 ml is enough for 1 year with good tubing. You could sell the upgrade pieces. I guess most of the cost is the cold plate.
