So here is my final build. I was mostly waiting on the HDPlex 400 AC-DC brick. Added in the water and voila! (i7 6700k gtx 1070) Temps on load are around 48-52c. It's really hard to come up with titles for imgur posts.

I just built mine with the HDPlex 400 and the dc-atx part actually fits snug right under the gpu, if you remove the hard drive bays. I will post about it soon :)

Also @CircleTect is it possible to get a CAD model of the latest case? I am proficient in 3D modeling and wanted to try out some ideas I had in my head and I don't think I would be able to build the case ground up perfectly though. I have purchased the case and I am looking at it right now :)

Just heads up, I think it's almost impossible to do a full custom loop in this without an external power supply (hdplex combo). I personally will take my time and CAD the design before even purchasing parts. The quality is amazing, my friends thought this was an Apple prototype or something!

Can't believe I saw this email in time and got a grey one. After buiidling it with some regular parts, I'll try a custom watercool loop in this. If it's possible, I'll post out some pictures and information here.
