Concept Want to make my own case - where do I start?

Understandable. Honestly I just need a spine with two radiator brackets. Probably 8 bends (4 of which are tabs). I'll probably model it up and see about getting a quote. It would seriously help a ton to have those pieces made out of metal instead of acrylic. Just need to look at the guides...

300USD is nothing when getting one of the mainstream premium SFF cases is already 200+USD I might just do this then

How was the pricing for Protocase?

    PCI-E Bifurcation

Asus seems to ignore that bifurcation exists for ITX. I've asked their reps in person and been given the run around and asked on Twitter where they blatantly ignore it. If you are interested I'm working on a case, trying to support too much IO in an ITX setup. My goal is to eventually...

Production SFFtime presents: P-ATX, the 9L case with ATX and AIO support!

What are the production runs looking like? size and ETA? did the first run sell out or is it not up yet?

Just stumbled across this case. I love it! great work!

Prototyping Silent Winter Prototype - 15.3L SFF case with Semi-Passive Cooling or Dual 240mm Slim Radiators

there are a bunch of bifurcation risers out there, most common are this from amerirack or any that C_Payne makes. You can ask questions over at this thread or on Hardforum. But basically just include a mounting plate for the riser you choose to support and you are good.

Prototyping Silent Winter Prototype - 15.3L SFF case with Semi-Passive Cooling or Dual 240mm Slim Radiators

Exciting indeed, this is close to my dream layout. I'm prototyping a similar layout but supporting M.2 Risers and Bifurcation risers, excited to see where you take this. I'm watching this thread for sure.

    PCI-E Bifurcation

That's not really a bifurcation question. Full sized ATX motherboards and such use bifurcation internally to allow multiple GPUs, on an ITX board it just requires a riser. As for GPU scaling in games, no idea what nvidia supports with their 20 series cards, last dual GPU system I had was AMD...

    AMD X570 ITX Motherboards

Honestly... I just went with a corsair commander pro set up for my liquid cooling set up on the Gigabyte board. Because it allows me to use a temp sensor in the loop (coolant temp) and use that to control the fans, which is a much better setup in my opinion. Bonus points because it gave me a...

Sorry we were talking about in the context of x570 itx boards. See the post I quoted.

Production Sliger SM550/560/570/580 (2 and 3 slot riser layouts, with air and liquid cooling variants)

@KSliger Any chance of a new revision where 140s would fit? Your setup at quake con in the sm550 looked so good I'm considering it for a bifurcation setup but I'd need the sm560. Also can I email you about that case we discussed at quake con?

Double checking the SM560 (bifurcation version) doesn't support 140mm fans in the bottom? is this because they don't fit or is it just the mounting holes?

    PCI-E Bifurcation

Asrock supports 8x/8x Gigabyte supports 8x/8x and 4x/4x/4x/4x Asus seems to refuse to acknowledge that bifurcation exists outside of their M.2 expansion card on their X299/X399 platforms. Msi hasn't launched a X chipset itx board that I know of, so they haven't historically supported it either.
